“All the tools to succeed are just a few clicks away!”
Hi, Janet here again.
This week was better than last week as I felt much better and not as tired as before due to the sickness.
I did all of my 4 workouts and my steps and I lost another 3 pounds!!
The weekend was a bit busier than usual for me. I was on the road a lot and I had planned my day. I had my breakfast and 3 hours later I had my snack while I was out. I thought I would have been home in time for lunch but things didn’t go as planned.
I grabbed my phone and I visited the mobile Curves Complete website to see what I could eat while I was “on the go” and it was SOO EASY!! I was so happy that I could do that!
There is absolutely no excuse not to follow the plan properly when all the tools are just a few clicks away. The weather is nice here now so the jackets came off, this weekend was the first time I had worn a tank top and jeans without feeling like my jeans were going to explode and being self conscious of my love handles and belly.
I am still not at my goal weight but I am getting closer and closer.
There is nothing we can’t achieve, especially with the support of the people that we love and that love us ….that is family, friends and Curves.

I’m Janet Contreras, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
When I was in college I was very active, I was involved in sports and worked out daily. Then I graduated, got a “real” job and all of a sudden there just wasn’t enough time to work out and I would just eat whatever was easy, on the way home and ready to go.
My wakeup call was when I saw my Christmas pictures, I didn’t like what I saw at all. This New Year’s Day 2012 I got engaged and realized that I had to take care of myself because I am about to start a new life as a wife and a future mom.
I want to be able to try on all the wedding dresses that I want not just the ones that fit me. I want to feel comfortable in my body this summer when I go to the beach and I really want to look good in my wedding pictures.
Every time I feel like Curves Complete is too hard or I feel like giving up, I shall look at those Christmas pictures as a reminder that it is worth it!
