“Curves Complete is showing me that I can really change my life!”
WOW! I can’t believe there are only 3 weeks remaining in this 90-day challenge! The time has gone so quickly – and smoothly!
With the countdown on, I am focussing on losing another 3 pounds over these next three weeks. I have lost 13 pounds so far and am thrilled with these results. I have steadily upped the ante as weeks have gone by, adding additional steps each week, and even 6 workouts a week over the past two weeks. I averaged over 21,000 steps per day last week. I am even considering starting to ‘jog’ a bit while I walk now. Always thinking of ways to keep the challenge going.
My husband has lost 15 pounds supporting me through this challenge, and he is thrilled too. We are off to Mexico for the first two weeks of April and are already planning our strategies as to how to maintain our newly formed ‘great habits’ for better health and less weight. We aren’t even at the ‘all inclusive’ yet, but we already have decided how to manage our breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We are bringing our pedometers so that we can keep track of our excercise/steps as well.
I am so pleased that we both are seeing our future through these new ‘eyes’ of health consciousness. We don’t want to reverse our new trend – we want to continue!

I am amazed at just how much I can accomplish when/if I set my mind to do so!
Last week I set a goal of 10,000 steps each day and was determined to get them. I actually averaged over 16,000 steps each day!
WOW! That’s incredible–and it happened just because I focused on getting my steps in. Walk, walk, walk…boy, do they add up!
