“I confronted a guy who was breaking into my car, and I didn’t get winded or comfort myself with food!”

Hi, Kristine DeWitt here.

Since starting Curves Complete I have noticed so many things that have changed on a deeper, more mental level that I have never had with other diets I’ve tried.

I have learned that the temptation of eating the junk food significantly decreases when I don’t even bring the junk food into the house, rather than buying it thinking I can only eat a few and say no.  I can’t say no. :-)

I have been getting better with eating around my family, too. This last weekend we had everybody over for a simple grill out, with hot dogs, chips, sweet tea, and pop. I not only stayed away from the chips and the pop and sweet tea, but I grabbed some raw veggies and cut those up and filled up on those so I didn’t even feel like eating the salty chips.

I never thought that I would eat so many vegetables, but I almost feel like I’m missing something if I don’t eat them every day.   I’m learning that I CAN do this. I’m no way 100% there yet, but I feel that I am on the correct path to finally winning this battle, and not having my weight problems control my life. :-)
